This Privacy Policy explains how mobile games and applications published by
Dot and Round Studio, operated by Nofil Bashir (“we”,
“us”, or the “Developer”), handle information. It applies to all of
our apps available on Google Play (each, the “App”). By using an App, you agree
to the practices described here.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly
collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location from within our Apps.
Our Apps are casual word and puzzle games that can be played offline; advertising,
optional in-app purchases, and notifications need a network connection. Some limited
information is collected automatically by the third-party services described below,
primarily to display ads, deliver purchases, and understand basic usage.
Information collected automatically
When you use an App, the third-party services we integrate may collect:
- A device advertising identifier (e.g. Google Advertising ID).
- Approximate (non-precise) location derived from your IP address.
- Device information such as model, operating-system version, and language.
- App usage and diagnostic events (for example, levels started or completed, and crash data).

Which in-app item you bought, if you make a purchase (for example, a coin pack). Your
payment details are handled entirely by Google Play and are never seen by us.

A notification token, if you allow notifications, so that reminders and occasional news
about our Apps can be delivered to your device.
This information is processed by the third parties on their own infrastructure. We use it
to understand overall usage, to diagnose crashes, to deliver what you have bought, and to
show and measure ads. We do not use it to work out who you are.
Third-party services we use

Google AdMob — serves the advertisements shown in our Apps and may
use the advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads.

Google Analytics for Firebase — provides anonymous, aggregated
usage and stability statistics so we can improve our Apps.

Firebase Crashlytics — records crash reports and diagnostic
information (such as device model, operating-system version, and the point in the code
where the App stopped working) so we can find and fix faults.

Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers notifications to your device,
if you have allowed them.

Firebase Remote Config — lets us adjust settings inside an App
(such as how often ads appear) without publishing an update.

Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases. Google Play
handles your payment; we receive only confirmation of what was bought.
These services are operated by Google LLC and are governed by the
Google Privacy Policy.
How information is used
- To display and measure advertising (including, where permitted, personalized ads).
- To understand which features are used and to fix crashes and bugs.
- To deliver items you have bought and to see which products players find useful.
- To send reminders and occasional news about our Apps, if you have allowed notifications.
- To keep our Apps secure and working reliably.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices

You can reset or delete your advertising identifier, or opt out of ad personalization, in
your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

Where required by law, we request your consent for personalized advertising the first
time you open an App, and you can change that choice from within the App.

You can turn notifications off at any time, either in the App’s settings or in your
device settings.

You can remove everything an App has stored on your device by uninstalling it. We hold no
account for you, so there is nothing further for us to delete.
Children’s privacy
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We
do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child
has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Data collected by the third-party services
above is retained according to their respective policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on
this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
